In order to carry out any transaction through the online store of “www.kudu.gr” and to place orders for the company’s products, you will be asked to provide certain personal information.

When placing an order, you will be asked to provide your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline telephone number (or any other telephone number you wish to provide), your email address, and, in the event that you choose to make payments by credit card, the card number, its expiration date, as well as the three-digit security code.

This data is processed by the company in compliance with Article 7A paragraph 1(b) of Law 2472/1997, for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed by the customer, and will under no circumstances be disclosed, published, or sold to third parties, unless the procedure provided by law for the lifting of confidentiality is initiated (Law 2225/1994), or where obligations arise from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.
